- Check-out time is at 12:00.
If guests decide to stay past this time and until 6 p.m. they will be charged 50% of the room ’s rent.
If they stay past 6 p.m. guests must pay an entire day’s rent.
Cancellation Policy:
- No charge is applied for cancellations made more than 22 days before the expected arrival date. Any advance paid is returned.
- 50% of the total booking cost is withheld for cancellations made within 21 days of the expected arrival date.
- The total cost of the booking is charged in case of non shows, early departure or late arrival.
